Frequently Asked Questions

Tempo is an out of network provider which means that we do not bill your insurance. This allows for more flexibility within sessions and with the overall plan of care. If you are receiving Physical Therapy Services you may be eligible for re-imbursement. Check with your insurance company to see if there is an “out of network benefit.” In this case a “Super Bill” can be provided to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. FSA and HSA’s are also accepted.

Please submit a request through the online contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Expect to get a call back to schedule your first appointment and get set up in our patient portal for future visits.
